The 2nd International Procurement Workshop, jointly organized by the Public Procurement Service of Korea (PPS) and the ADB, was held on 26-27 November in Seoul, South Korea. 

This workshop is a joint cooperation initiative between the PPS and ADB, built upon the Asia-Pacific E-Procurement Network established in 2015 to enhance transparency and efficiency in public procurement across Developing Member Countries (DMCs) in the region through the expansion of e-procurement systems.

▶ On November 26, 2025, PPS Administrator Baek Seung-bo delivered an opening speech at the International Procurement Workshop for the Asia-Pacific region at the Ambassador Seoul - A Pullman Hotel in Seoul.
